Mr. Enns is the Vice President, Corporate Affairs of GVI, overseeing treasury activities and contract administration for the company and assisting in both private and public fundraising activities for GVI's client companies. Mr. Enns was previously a Vice President and Secretary of Miraculins Inc. (TSXV: MOM) (now Luminor Medical Technologies Inc.) and a Vice President of Kane Biotech Inc. (TSXV: KNE) and was involved with bringing each of these companies public in 2002 and 2003 respectively. Mr. Enns is currently the Chair of the Board of the Rosenort Credit Union. Marcus Enns obtained his Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from the University of Manitoba.​
